Never feel nervous around women again

Are you nervous around women?

When you spot a beautiful girl, do you not know what to say? Does fear take over your body? And do you ask yourself, why does this happen?

I believe what you're doing wrong is, you envision her as some sort of perfect princess, instead of looking of what she is actually like. You see how good looking she is, and you begin to think of how terrific life would be if the woman was your girlfriend.

The only problem is, you really know hardly anything about the girl, except that the woman is beautiful

The girl might have the personality of a stone . The woman might be rude. The girl might have a voice that would drive you batty! So why is it that you care so much about her opinion of you?

Here's what I will ask you to do. The next time you see a woman you want to meet, and you feel nervous around women, don't put any type of expectations on what might happen, positive or negative. Your main goal is to see what she has going for her besides her beauty.

This will shift your way of thinking. YOU are now doing the selecting, not her. My guess is that this will make you less nervous around women.
